FAQs
What services do you offer as part of a membership with We Got You?
We offer a range of virtual administrative services, including calendar management, travel planning, email management, project coordination, and personal concierge services. Our goal is to provide support that meets the specific needs of parents, executives, and small business owners.
How do I know which service tier is right for me?
During the initial consultation, we’ll assess your specific needs and recommend the membership tier that best fits your lifestyle or business. Whether you need basic administrative help or comprehensive project management, we have a tier that will work for you.
What does the 30-minute needs assessment call cover?
The needs assessment covers a detailed discussion about your current workload, daily challenges, and areas where you need support. We’ll explore how we can help streamline your tasks and recommend a personalized service plan based on your unique needs.
What happens if my needs change after I sign up for a membership?
We Got You offers flexible solutions, and we understand that needs evolve. You can always upgrade or adjust your service plan to better fit your changing priorities. We’ll work with you to ensure that your membership reflects your current requirements.
How does communication work with my virtual assistant?
You’ll have direct communication with your virtual assistant via your preferred channels—whether that’s email, phone, or project management tools like Slack or Asana. We’ll establish communication preferences during the onboarding process to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Can I add on services or request support outside of my membership tier?
Yes! If you need additional services or special projects that aren’t covered by your current tier, we offer flexible add-ons. You’ll have the option to customize your plan to meet your immediate or one-time needs.
What are your typical response times for requests?
Response times vary depending on your membership tier, but generally, you can expect responses within 1-3 business hours during regular operating hours. We strive to be as responsive as possible to ensure that your tasks are handled promptly.
How do I ensure my information and data are kept private?
We prioritize your privacy and security. We Got You uses secure tools for storing and managing sensitive information. All of our virtual assistants sign confidentiality agreements, and we follow best practices for data protection.
Can I cancel or pause my membership if needed?
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. If you'd like to cancel or pause your membership, you can submit a request within 30 days before the contract expires. A $100 monthly fee applies for pausing, which secures your spot when you’re ready to resume your membership at full capacity.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After signing up, we’ll gather all the necessary information, set up accounts and tools, and create a clear plan for how we’ll support you. We take the time to fully understand your systems, preferences, and key needs to ensure everything is in place from day one.
What kind of tasks are best suited for virtual assistant support?
We can handle a wide variety of tasks, including scheduling, managing communications, travel planning, research, event coordination, and personal errands. Anything that can be done remotely, we’re ready to assist with!
Every client is unique, so think of this list as a starting point — if you have a task in mind that isn’t listed, just let us know and we’ve got you.
