This needs assessment will help us identify the best service tier for you and ensure that our support is tailored to your lifestyle and business requirements.

  • Step 2: Service Tier Recommendation and Proposal Review
    Following the consultation, you’ll receive a tailored service proposal, which includes a recommendation for the best membership tier based on the needs discussed in Step 1. The proposal will outline the services included, pricing, and any add-ons that would best support your goals. We’ll also highlight any immediate priorities that we can assist with, so you have a clear understanding of the value you’ll gain right away. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, you’ll officially onboard as a We Got You client.

  • Step 3: Onboarding and Account Setup
    After accepting the proposal, we’ll move into the onboarding phase. This involves setting up your account and communication preferences, integrating necessary tools (such as calendar, email, and project management software), and gathering any key information we’ll need to work seamlessly with you. During this stage, we ensure that our team has access to everything required to handle your requests efficiently, from contact lists to travel preferences.

  • Step 4: Mapping Out Month 1 Plan and Client Approval
    In the final step, we’ll create a detailed, actionable plan for the first month of service. This plan will include specific tasks, milestones, and goals based on the priorities identified in the consultation. We’ll map out how and when each task will be tackled, ensuring that the workflow is aligned with your expectations. After presenting the plan for your review, we’ll fine-tune it based on your feedback to ensure everything is set for a successful start.
